Q. Where can I book a personal reading with Demari?
All bookings must be made directly through this website. Please be aware of any scam profiles using Demari’s likeness. All credible and active social media links are listed on the homepage and on Linktree.
Q. What is the legal age to book a personal reading?
The querent must be 18 years and over. In the unlikely instance that a minor has fraudulently purchased a reading, the booking will immediately be cancelled and refunded. This is non-negotiable.
Q. What subjects are off limits?
Personal readings cannot be carried out in relation to specific legal, health (including pregnancy) or financial matters. By law “fortune telling” and psychic services are described as entertainment only and do not in any way substitute the need professional assistance where it applies.
Q.When will I receive my reading?
Within 48 hours of the payment being processed and the booking confirmation received (unless announcement bar notices specify otherwise.)
Q. How will I receive my reading?
Upon completion, a direct download link will be sent to your email address. Please open the email and click the link, it will take you to the Dropbox page where the HD video will be hosted. Please ensure you download the reading within 7 days to prevent loss of access.
Q. Can anyone else view my reading?
No. All personal readings are 100% confidential and are sent directly to the querent via the email address provided in the booking form. Once 7 days has passed from the initial upload date, the video file will be permanently deleted from Dropbox’s server to ensure the querent’s privacy is respected and upheld. Hence it is important that the video is downloaded within this time frame.
Q. Is there an option for an audio reading instead?
If you would prefer an audio recording of your reading rather than a video recording, please specify this in the comments box during the booking process.
Q. Can I book multiple tarot readings at once?
If you would like to book more than one tarot reading, please contact me prior to booking.
Q. How can I make a secure payment?
This website has an integrated SSL certificate to mitigate phishing attempts. All credit card payments are processed via Stripe. You also have the option to use PayPal if it is your preferred method of payment.

From time to time, there will be special offers available. Where a discount applies, announcements will be made on the website and on social media. By signing up to the newsletter below, you will be the first in the know when it comes to news, updates and discounts.
